The Zone Diet

This diet is based around a complete healthy lifestyle type of approach to losing weight while also maintaining a very healthy and physically fit body. It was originated by author Barry Sears, PhD and co-author Bill Lawren. Sears is a former researcher in the field of bio technology, at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
